Capacity: Space is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Interlochen Online's elementary programs are designed to help your student explore and discover the arts. The first summer program session begins June 28, 2021 with the second session beginning July 19, 2021. Students engage with instructors in real-time, using Zoom technology, and access program materials through the Canvas Learning Management System. Our music program also includes a weekly private lesson.

Arts Adventure

Arts Adventure (1st & 2nd 3 weeks)

Description
Arts Adventure provides students the opportunity to explore a variety of art forms. Students learn from Interlochen faculty in theatre, movement, visual arts, and creative writing. Each week, students complete projects in different arts disciplines and collaborate on projects with other students.

Music Exploration

Music Exploration (1st & 2nd 3 weeks)

Description
Students in the Music Exploration program will cultivate musicianship skills through explorative studies in music history, theory, improvisation, and critical listening. Connections will be drawn between nature, music, poetry, movement, and art. Students will have opportunities to grow in their instrumental areas and develop musical expression through singing. Join us to ignite your musical imagination! This program includes a weekly private lesson in the student's primary instrument.
